Rates

C$699.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Special monthly rates available.

Cleaning Fee - C$200.00 one-time fee applicable.

Damage Deposit - C$700.00 charged 2 days prior to arrival and refund issued within 7 days of departure.

Payment Schedule

50% due at time of booking. Balance due 2 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of 50% prepayment is refundable if cancelled 14+ days prior to arrival date. Non-refundable if cancelled after.

Cottage Policies

Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; this includes inside the house and outside on the decks or gardens ($200 penalty if policy is not followed). Maximum 4 adults (2 couples and 2 children). No unauthorised guests on the property.
